There is a built-in surround sound system to add to your experience of listening to your own music, and it is wired through the house, even through to the screened-in porch which is nested under pecan trees.

The spacious Master Room has an adjacent area with plenty of natural light --- a great place to sit quietly and read, write, draw, or paint -- or perhaps just to sit, relax and soak up the river and marsh views. There is also a screened-in porch nestled under the shade of pecan trees.

Take a short walk from the steps of the house to the private residential river and beach area that awaits you. Ideal for family activities (and quiet alone time), the easy access makes it ideal for kayaking, beach walking, swimming and sunbathing. The house is also located on the south end of the Tybee Island bike trail!
